The Brothers Quay are icons in the world of filmmaking, inspiring creators beyond the realm of animation. One of them is Christopher Nolan, director of Inception, Dunkirk, and the new film Tenet. In 2015, Nolan made a short film about the brothers' process to accompany a touring program he curated of their work.
