Damn Yankees

In this beloved adaptation of the Broadway musical, Tab Hunter stars as long-suffering Washington Senators fan Joe Hardy, who makes a deal with the Devil (Ray Walston) so his team might finally beat the hated New York Yankees. The film features fantastic performances of “Heart” and “Shoeless Joe from Hannibal, Mo,” plus a scorching “Whatever Lola Wants” by Gwen Verdon. It’s not available on home video in any format, so don’t miss the chance to see this classic on the big screen! (111 mins., 35mm)

Please note: special event parking ($5) is available in Ohio Union South Garage for the Friday, April 12, screening. Free parking is available all day in any Ohio State garage Saturday, April 13. Please allow extra time for travel and parking.
